Every Wednesday evening Willem opens up the Kiosk at the Henri Dunant Park. The Kiosk is closed during the winter; it opened up since last summer. 
He is aware of the problems in the neighborhood caused by the youth but he can’t see it, he just hears about it. Except for one time where a bike was stolen at the park while a soccer game was going on.
The kiosk has a positive effect on the residence in term of keeping the youth busy and supervised. The activities at the park has to reach the residence of the neighborhood better, there should be improvements in that manner.
In the daylight hours there is a clear segregation between the youth and the elderly. When the day is about to turn into darkness the park is dominated by the youth. The segregation which takes place then is between the youth themselves who hang out in groups and the refugees who also use the park in their own groups.
